I believe that therapy is about empowering individuals to acquire the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrate dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) informed techniques to address a wide range of challenges, including OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and personality disorders.

I earned my doctorate from Long Island University-Post, an APA accredited Psy.D. program. I completed my doctoral internship at Zucker Hillside Hospital where I received specialized training at the renowned OCD Center. I completed my training with a postdoctoral fellowship at Zucker Hillside Hospital's Behavioral Health College Partnership and Early Treatment Program, with a focus on issues pertinent to emerging adulthood.
